No Convert To or Edit Tag available on right click

I had an old unregistered version of dbpoweramp and both the Convert To and Edit Tag menu items appeared. The Popup info windows also worked fine. When I tried to Edit Tags however it said I needed a Powerpack license. So I paid for the license for powerpack only. When I installed the licensed adn updated versions the Convert To and Edit Tag right click menus were gone and the Popup info window is no longer there. I checked dBpoweramp Configuration for the correct CODEC per the FAQ, and turned on and off 'Convert To' on right click several times but no luck? Suggestions? (Windows XP)

For which Audio Files? mp3?

For both MP3 and for WMA files I have the same issue.

Uninstall all dbpoweramp, reboot windows, reinstall R12.4
