FLAC files not generated correctly

When I run dbPoweramp to convert an audio file to FLAC, a very small file is built that doesn't play. The output file is always very small (5-9 KB), regardless of the size of source file. This happens on all source formats I've tried. No error messages are reported, even with the verify option. Converting files to other formats works just fine.

I tried unstailling/reinstalling dbPoweramp and the FLAC codec, which didn't help. I'm running:

dbPoweramp Music Converter Version 12.4
Flac Encoder Version 10 (FLAC 1.2.0)
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2

Any ideas?

Check the DSP section, make sure there is no DSPs.
