Folder conversion

I would like to point a program at My Music and have it convert all the files in that folder and subfolders and put them into a folder such as My Music2 and recreate all the subfolders automatically. This is a basic need as I have to convert 1000s of songs when I burn a DVD for my car music system.
Does dbpoweramp do this?

One more question, will it also allow me to rename the files. I need to do this because on my pc they have the artist, album, track number and track name and on my car system it only permits iso9660 8+3 filenames.

When you burn in a program you often set the file name method allowed.
