Lost ID

Hi

I've lost my email link for dBpoweramp Music Converter with Power Pack. Can I retrieve this email link? I still have the Sveta Fully Loaded email (and ID). I've used the retrieval link for that.

I read these pages before posting but the very last bit says 'Illustrate is not able to help for orders over 2 years old' (that's me)

So I came to the Forum.

Shall I just try the Retrieving a Lost Order Number link anyway? Only thing I have left is my email address.

Yes you can search using your email address.

None of the email help found my older dmc registered.

I have though found an older dMC-r11-Registered installer in my backups which i've now installed. Will the licence for this be stored now in the registry somewhere where I can retrieve it?

The only way is via Order Number which if lost can be looked up via email used to purchase.

I edited my last post.

Also the email retrieval returned the Sveta Fully Loaded (which is less than 2yrs old) but not the dmc registered which is around 3yrs old

If you install Sveta Fully Loaded you get the Power Pack.
