    coverting flac to lame

When I created a Flac file, all the files were normalised.

Using DSP in conversion to Lame, do I still use normalise and Replay Gain?

(All Flac was created using EAC)

Do you mean that the files were volume normalized or that you added replaygain (album and/or track) info to the tags? If the latter, you should also use the replaygain DSP when creating the lame mp3 files. Not sure about the former, as I don't use that option when creating FLAC files.

If the FLAC files were already normalized, you shouldn't need to add normalize again.
