When converting atleast 2 thousand flac files, which processor is faster? On one computer there is 2gb of ram and it is a 2.4ghz amd processor while the other one is a 1gb of ram at 1.8ghz intel core duo. Which one is better to use?

If thats not an option, I am not really sure, if the intel was a core2 duo and not just a core duo I'd say intel for sure. If you have the possibility convert the same 10 files on each and time it, the fastest one gets the job
