Auxiliary Error

When i press the record button on the auxiliary input i get an error that reads:
Unknown Command Line: '<Profile>AuxInput <UseLastSetting>'
and then I am returned to the auxiliary window.

how can i fix this?

You have installed R12, which cannot work with Auxilary Input.

what's the solution then? do i need to uninstall R12 or higher and reinstall R11 or lower?
