Converter says I don't have dbReference

Out of the blue, I can't convert. Says I'm not registered. So, I did download a registered version again. Uninstalled and installed, twice. Still, when the Converter window comes up it shows that I need to register the component. Could use some help here.

      Spoon,

Thought about your questions and decided to re-introduce the codecs the program, since I had done 2 installs. So I reinstalled flac ,MP3 and the multi-encoder. I was trying to be quick and dirty and transcode a flac to MP3 so I could send it (believe me - he won't know what I did). Here's the error message...
      Error converting to mp3 (Fraunhofer IIS), 'G:\My Music on Maxtor\Great Big Sea\Rant and Roar\01 - Ordinary Day.flac' to 'G:\My Music on Maxtor\Great Big Sea\Rant and Roar\01 - Ordinary Day.mp3'
mp3 (Fraunhofer) requires a dBpoweramp Reference license to encode mp3 files.

It wasn't the Reference license it required it was the mp3 stuff that hung it up, IMHO. Anyway, it's working now. I shoulda known betta

        This is the reason:

There was an issue where the FhG codec was incorrectly displaying the Reference registraion page, this has now been fixed. Install this new version here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-mp3-fraunhofer.htm
