Only two files are converted although multiple files are selected

Both in the auxiliary input mode and file conversion mode dMC only converts the first two files selected. Is this a bug?

Select 3 files to convert, and on the Codec Options Page click the 'Rename Files' (top right), are there 3 files listed? do they have the right names?
