    DSP won't work

I have version 12.3.01. Installed the DSP powerpack. The DSP's are showing in the DSP folder but the selection is greyed out from music converter

    Re: DSP won't work

Do you have the capability to create mp3 files?
If not, you also do not have the ability to use the DSP effects.
The mp3 encoder license and the Power Pack are packaged together in the Registered version of Music Converter and are included in the Reference version of Music Converter.
These are also included on a trial basis to new users of Music Converter when they download the basic free version. This trial is full-featured but time limited and once the trial is over you do not have access to this features unless you upgrade to the registered or Reference versions.

You can also check your dBpowerAMP Configuration to see whether your system shows that your version of Music Converter is registered (and you should check this just to be sure if you believe you have a registered or reference version of Music Converter).

If you do have a registered version or an active trial version of Music Converter, please let us know.

    Best wishes,
    Bill
