audio file is corrupt - error msg - but its not corrupt

I get the following error msg when doing a Test Conversion of an Apple m4b file. iTunes has no problem playing this file - so I do not think it is actually corrupted.

Also the error msg references m4a, when its actually an m4b file

Any ideas or thoughts on this??

It could be an encrypted audio book, only iTunes can decrypt it.
