Edit ID-Tag does not work

I am running Vista 64bit with the registered dBpoweramp Reference, I have configured right click for the Edit ID-Tag and it shows up in Windows Explorer but when I right click and select Edit ID-Tag I do not get the edit window. When I was using the trial dBpoweramp this feature worked.

I am able to edit tags through the Properties of the file but would like the Edit ID-Tags to function as well.

Install R12.4 beta, that bug was fixed.
