Registered, can't download

I registered dbpoweramp reference last night. The email confirmation contains two download links. Using either of them results in a stalled download: the download appears to proceed normally for a certain time, then stalls and never proceeds. The percent complete of the download at the time of the stall varies each time, it is not consistent. I have tried probably 6-8 times to download now, on two different computers, and always the same result. Is there a different download link or could you email me the software? Thanks.

To add insult to injury, now I can't even attempt to download it again: it tells me that I've exceeded my maximum downloads! Sure I have. It's just that none of them worked! :(
