    dbPoweramp configuration

I've just noticed on my new Vista machine that to use the dBpoweramp Configuration utility I need to supply an administrative password. The side effect of this is I can change the configuration of mp3 tagging to use ID3v2.3, but this will only work on mp3 tags created with the CD Ripper run as an Administrator. If I run CD ripper as a normal (non-admin) user, mp3s are created with tag ID3v1.1 no matter what I do in the Config utility.

Has anyone else noticed this? I'd rather not always have to run the ripper as an Administrator just to get v2.3 tags...
