Destination Drive

I know this might sound dumb, but having lost patience and having thousands of CDs to put on the computer I am hoping someone can help me quickly.

I know where the music is going, but I need to put it directly onto another drive on the computer, having clicked everything I still cannot find how to change it. Any advice would be appreciated, also I want the music to be put in separate folders on the relevant drive please help me in plain English (step to step guide would be appreciated), as I do not find the help menu that user friendly (sorry to say), software is brilliant.

I have just worked out (I think) to change the destination drive, so now only advice is how can I put each CD into it's own named file folder.

You are Ripping Audio CDs or Converting existing audio files?
