New folders with utility codec?

Hello, I have a large batch of files that I want to apply ReplayGain tags to. The ReplayGain codec lets me do this. However, these files' tags are correct, while thier folders are not. Is there any way to have Batch Converter simply copy the file to a dynamic folder with a utility codec?

Arrange Audio is the answer for me, in case anyone else is looking for the solution to this problem. Then simply use the ReplayGain DSP.
