Licence gone after reinstalling

Hi,
I´ve purchased a License for dbPowerAMP (12.anything)
After a Systemcrash I had to reinstall dbPoweramp, and now my License is not valid anymore, what can I do?
I don´t want to pay 28$ a second time, after using it for 4months maximum
