FLAC to mp3 - forgot artwork files

I just converted my entire FLAC library and realized I did not use the DSP effects/Action to import the album art files. Is there any way to import album art only without redoing the entire conversion?

Use the "ID Tag Update" utility codec, as long as you have the album art in each folder and it is named "folder.jpg", click the Manipulation tab and check "Import album art from folder.jpg".
