How do I select bitrate when converting to RA?

Hi,
I'm trying to convert a wav file to 128k Real Audio format. I do not see where I can select the bitrate for the RA file. I welcome any help.

Click the Advanced button on the "Real Audio (Helix)" codec and pick your bitrate.

I tried that before I posted. 2 things:

1-When I select 128k only the resulting file is at 96k.

2-Why is it possible to select more than one box at a time? I want 128k, not anything else.

Real audio files contain multiple streams, for different audiences, from the same file.
