dmc 11.5 upgrade to new version

I purchased DMC 11.5 and now it doesn't work anymore. I downloaded the newest version but now it wants me to re-purchase the power pack. Is there a upgrade path that doesn't involve re-purchasing DMC and Power Pack?

I'm not sure but I think that as long as you already have the powerpack version of dMC 11.5 you should be able to upgrade your version to the powerpack version of dMC 12.3. You just need to input your order number when you use the appropriate link on this page.

If you have not retained your order number you should be able to email here and Spoon will send you the appropriate details/link.

I decided to upgrade to the reference version as it has soon many useful features not available otherwise.

Do note that if you don't have the order number, only orders that are two years old or sooner can be looked up.
