reference is installed, but Fraunhofer says no

I have recently purchased and installed Music Converter 12.3 Reference. My download and install file is named dMC-R12.3-Ref-Registered.exe. I also downloaded and installed the Fraunhofer codec. I have used it successfully for two weeks, but now it will not convert, and gives the error "mp3 (Fraunhofer) requires a dBpoweramp Reference license to encode mp3 files". My dBpoweramp Configuration page says "Registration Status, Reference: Registered". Why doesn't Fraunhofer work for me?

Same problem here when using Fraunhofer. With the Lame decoder everything is okay. So the problem is the Fraunhofer decoder.

Now fixed (sorry the new code to allow Reference to beta test was effecting non-core reference parts, the last beta test timed out 1st November). Install this new version here:
