Registered for new Cd Writer-download Link did not work,in Email

I Payed for the New Cd Writer with my Visa card at 0300-Got the Email with the download Link, That did not work,Said the website might be down & to try Later on,I did a few times, then I CUT & Pasted the Link Address in to my Address bar, & clicked on Go,Got to the website & it said that I used up All my try's for downloading,And I Still have'nt been able to get it yet? I Emailed all the emails that I got to you guys, And am still waitting, WHAT'S UP

Seems there are problems (just for today) with the registration server, please send an email to dbpoweramp@dbpoweramp.com include the name used to register and a new link (on dBpoweramp.com) will be issued.
