.ogg ID tag editor crashing explorer

I have some .ogg files produces from media Monkey 3 (beta 3) which have the album art embedded in the .ogg file .. when i try to even view the ID tag page from explorer these cause the page to lock up, and explorer to crash and burn.

OK, I realise that Album art in-line is not exactly well defined, but I would expect better than 'crash and burn'. Let me know if you need a sample (although it is pretty easy to reproduce).

BTW does any other program read the album art correctly?
