OGG to MP3 or WMA crashes

I'm running dbpowerAMP on Windows XP. I have the OGG codec installed. When converting an OGG file to MP3 Lame, the program crashes ??

Can you convert from Ogg to Wave?

nope....cannot convert from OGG to any format.....WAV, MP3, WMA etc.. The OGG files are good, I can drop them in WinAMP for example and they will play. All of the OGG's are 6 channel files. If there's any type of error information I can provide.....let me know

That will be it...I have done zero testing or tweaking with anything more than 2 channels.
