    Batch Normalize?

    I have a directory with all my MP3's in it. I need to normalize the files so I don't have to turn vol up and down.

    Which of the 4 methods should I use and at what settings?

      Depends on how you are going to listen to the mp3s, in home on the tube?

          And will they be played on a PC or a home theater unit? Also, what software will you be using, if you use a PC?
