If I register r12 and r13 comes out do I have to pay full price for the upgrade?

Or is there an incremental upgrade cost for those that bought the full version of r12?

If you are talking about PowerPack, there is no upgrade cost.
If you are talking about Reference, there will be an upgrade cost which is less than the full price, but I don't think a final number has been released.
