Is there a guide anywhere to a common configuration for secure mode flac encoding?

Accuracy is a top priority for me so I plan to rip all my CD's in secure mode. However, I don't want to spend the next month chained to the computer. Is there a guide to configuring the secure mode encoding options that maximizes accuracy and speed?

By default secure mode once enabled is set to the fastest method.
