Automatically Deleting Dead Space

Is it possible to make dbpoweramp automatically delete dead space on audio files? I encode to mpeg 2 and can't do it in cool edit without having to go though an annoyingly long process.

You can use DSP effects to do this, I believe. Note you need the PowerPack or Reference to use DSP effects.
