Shutdown with Batch Converter?

I ran a major Batch Coverter job last night, and once it started running I used the down-arrow-menu in the lower-left corner to specify shutdown when complete. Woke up this morning to find the job was done, but the machine was still on. As soon as I clicked the Finished button, however, the machine did indeed Shutdown. User error or a bug?

Can you try once more with the skip finished option checked.
