Okay...my dad set me up with an external hard drive because my computer was running slow with all the music on it. So I put it all on there...and now they're all M4A's (previously WMP's). So, when I put the files back on my computer to convert them to MP3's, and I try to go into the corresponding audio folders to select which ones to convert, it says that I have no audio files selected. My music files aren't even coming up. ????
