Secure rip but doesn't match AccurateRip: X AR (3) v Secure

What does it mean when a CD which is in AccurateRip is ripped Securely (2x read) but doesn't match AccurateRip with an index of 3 (ie 3 non-matches)? I only have average PC speakers, but the songs sound fine. A couple of CDs have ripped this way, from X AR (1) to X AR (3), with the occasional track on the CD matching AccurateRip, but most not, with the same index. All securely ripped and seemingly fine.
Different pressings?

If all tracks do not match then yes possibly a different pressing.
