    change mp3 into cd file

    Hi,
How do I change a mp3 file that's on my computer into an audio cd file that I then can burn onto a cd, using the dbPower amp music converter?
I used to do that with the older version from 2004. But now with the new converter I can't find the option for audio cd.

Hope there is an easy solution.

    Install CD Writer:

This is a Release Candidate of CD Writer, now re-written to R13 standards with support for Vista and Gapless audio cds. ** This beta test requires a Reference License (either trial or full) ** It is expected full release will be 3 weeks (only help files to write) Requirements: dBpoweramp Music Converter R13 (latest

      Hi Spoon,
Thank you very much for your reply.
I already had the CD writer.
When I open the music converter & then a mp3 file, I get to a box where I have to select into what kind of file I want to convert the mp3. There I see "mp3 lame", "test conversion", "wave" - but not "audio cd".
I don't know where to go from there.
      What should I choose?

If you have dMC r12 installed, you need the version of the CD Writer that is currently in beta, as the older r1/r2 versions will not work with dMC r12. That is why you have no ption for "Audio CD".

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately it didn't work very good.
After I had installed the CD Writer that is currently in beta my Windows media player didn't work anymore. Actually the computer, a HP media center, did not recognice anything I put into the E drive.
Therefore I uninstalled all of dBpower. Then I found an old back-up CD with my dBpower download that I had purchased in 2004. I installed that & it works fine.

CD Writer should not effect Windows Media Player in any way.
