Blank page even after closing down Zone Alarm

I'm wanting to download the latest version. I have my order number and I successfully upgraded last time to 12.2. Now when I try to get 12.3 I get a blank page. OK - no problem - close down Zone Alarm Security Suite - yes I closed it down, I didn't just disable it - still a blank page - I've tried Firefox and IE - same problem.

Any ideas?

Follow the instuctions at the bottom of hte registration retrieval page for how to get a manual download link sent out.

Unfortunately all I'm seeing at the bottom of the Registration Retrieval page is info on how to retrieve a lost order number - I'm not seeing anything to do with getting a manual download link ?!

Its the same process, except you should put your order number in the e-mail.
