Ripping to multiple formats

Dear friends,
when I buy a new audio CD I always do TWO things:

a) rip to MP3 for my MP3 player
b) rip to FLAC to keep a lossless backup

Is there a way to do this in only one step with dbPowerAmp ? Currently I have to go through twice one for MP3 and one for FLAC encoding which is a mighty waste of time.

Visit codec central and install the multi encoder.
