Converting .AMR to .MP3

I have Power Pack & mp3 License for dbpoweramp and I want to know how to convert .AMR files to .MP3 files.

dBpowerAmp Music Converter (dMC) cannot read and convert .amr files. Try contacting your cell phone manufacturer, your cell phone service provider, or try Googling for .amr converter to find a program that will convery .amr files (at least to .wav format since dMC can manage that).
