dBpowerAmp Music Converter (dMC) cannot read and convert .amr files. Try contacting your cell phone manufacturer, your cell phone service provider, or try Googling for .amr converter to find a program that will convery .amr files (at least to .wav format since dMC can manage that).
You might want to check out this thread here for a little further information (including a link to a program that will work with some cell phones) here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=8984 This thread is a few years old, so I don't know if the links still work or not.
Best wishes,
Bill
