Upgrade from 12.2 to 12.3

    Upgrade from 12.2 to 12.3

    I have a regular 12.2 Reference
    Today I saw that is aavailable a new 12.3 version, I downloded, installed and with my BIG surprise my copy now is NOT more registered but is in tryal mode :( :thumbdown !!!!
    Whay that ?? :vmad: :vmad:
    I payed for 12.2 so is not possible to do any upgrade of 12.x version ?? :vmad: :vmad:

    Please HELP ME

      For dMC, If you are using Reference, make sure you are installing the Reference Registered version, NOT the trial. If you are using the PowerPack, you simply install the latest PowerPack trial over top of your existing install and make sure to NOT uninstall the old version.For dCW, you need to uninstall your current version

        Thanks but if I lose the mail with the order number ? :( :(
        I can prove that I payed with a regula license of DBP Reference by sending the registered files of versions 12.2, but I don't know haw I can find my order number again
        I have already write to the oder mail address and I'm waiting.
        I don't want to pay again ì, sorry :(
        Is not possible to do another method of registration ?

          See the bottom of the registration retrieval page about getting a manual link sent out if you lost the order number.

              Ahh, I missed that part of your post. It may take a day or two for the link to be sent out, as your order information has to manually be looked up.
