    Can't convert with trial

I'm trying to convert FLACs to MP3 and I'm getting a message that the trial has expired. I have never installed this program on this computer, and that I can be sure of because it is new. I'm using the most recent version that's available for download on XP Pro running as an administrator.

    Any help?

Not even an older version from years ago? if the trial has been used...anyhow try the Reference version, that will give you an extra 21 days.
