Hello,
I hope this is the right place to ask for help. After one month of using the free unregistered trial version of DMC, I have decided yesterday to go for the registered version of the power pack and mp3 licence.
I have downloaded the 12.3 release from the registration mail. The status in the dBpoweramp configuration seems to prove the registration and All Media Guide ran normally.
Yet when I try to rip and convert to mp3 a selection of tracks from a CD (several CDs tested) it only tries to rip the first one (ie it unchecks all the other tracks although I have right-clicked "rip selected"). Vista asks me to confirm that Coreconverter should run. After confirmation (I have administrator rights), the status bar goes directly from "0%" to "complete". But the file it creates is empty. This didn't happen with the trial version. The same happens when I try to rip to Ogg format.
I have tried to reinstall after a complete uninstall (using "Uninstall dMC" and the dBpoweramp reset utility as explained in one thread in this forum) but all in vain.
Can you help me to :
- prevent Vista from asking me to confirm if Coreconverter should run
- get to rip a selection of tracks
- make dMC creates complete mp3 files
If this is not the right place to ask, can you tell me where i should ask.
I hope I made myself clear as English is not my language, as you have certainly noticed !
Thanks in advance for any hint or advice.
