Registration issue

I am trying to get a new link for DbPowerAmp upgrade. I am entering a definitely correct order number; I am typing the definitely correct characters I then read in the box. I disabled my firewall and I set dbpoweramp sites as trusted. I ensured on the caps. To no avail; I keep being told that the data that I entered are incorrect, what is defionitely incorrect. What should I do ????

How long ago did you purchase the product? As the page says, it takes a week or two for the order number to be added to the database, until then use the link in the e-mail.

If that doesn't work, read the retrieval page again regarding getting a manual download link.
