Plextor not working in XP under DMC

I used DMC a million times with this Plextor 8/4/32A under Windows 2000, and now that I installed Windows XP, it can't rip any CDs. Basically the program crashes, and then tells me it can't convert the cda files. Anybody know how to fix this?

Run the CD Input Configuration and make sure that APSI is NOT selected - use one of the 'NT/2000' two.
