dmc doesn't see hidden track

i'm trying to rip a cd i have. there's 14 'normal' tracks on it plus one 'hidden' bonus track. dmc doesn't see the hidden track. i even tried another program, cdex, and although the hidden track shows up in the cd listing, it won't rip it, claiming there's no track there.

is there anything that can be done?

Click the menu next to Options >> Audio CD Parameters - then add the extra track manually.
