Converter Starts Songs Slow

I Have Been Using The Converter For A Long Time And For A While I Noticed That When I Convert Songs The Beginning Starts Out Slow. I Have Not Changed Anything - Can Anyone Help Me. I Use Wavs And Convert Songs That Is Over 1,000 Kb.

When you say "starts out slow" you mean the sound is slow in the beginning?
