    m4a Nero (AAC): Why no -q 0.4?

Is there any particular reason why the quality slider in the m4a Nero AAC encoder settings can't be set to the popular value 0.4 (~128 kbps)? I think the quality slider should include a finer-grade option like in the case of the Ogg Vorbis encoder.

You could always modify the "encoder.txt" in the file that has the nero .exe and simply add a line for 0.4 to it.

Thanks, that's more than enough for my purposes. I wasn't aware of the encoder.txt file.
