    Won't allow me to convert!

I renewed my subscription about two days ago for the music converter. However my system has yet to allow me to convert music. It still tells me its time that I renew my subscription. In the mean time I'm one hot tomatoe.

I would like to talk to someone from the company live, and I'm a bit suspicious that there is no toll free number to call for help.

Ok, I'll get straight to helping you right away (right now, actually )

    1. What version of dBpoweramp is this?
    2. Are you logged in as Administrator on your computer?
    3. What operating system are you using? (Windows XP? Windows 2000? etc etc)

Also, I'd like to speak for the dBpoweramp masses: We help people as fast as we can over these forums, and all of the time, our users are again and again "wow'ed" by our fast responses. Maybe it's just a luck of time-zones. One of our moderators, I believe, lives in the eastern standard time. I personally live in the pacific standard time, so it's relatively easy to reach out to all our users who may need assistance.

Re: Won't allow me to convert!

I normally respond quickly to posts when I am not at work, which you managed to post shortly after I left for work. There is no number to call for support as there is only one employee of dBpoweramp: Spoon. This forum is the only method of getting support.

Now, you mention renewing your subscription. What subscription are you talking about? Are you referring to AMG access? Because the rest of the dBpoweramp products are not subscription-based products.
As neil said, what version of dMC are you using? If you need to check your version number, see "need to find your version number?" below to help you find the version number.
