VBR & Lenght Issue

Hi!
I would like to know if there is a way to have a correct lenght displayed when converting in MP3 Lame VBR. My MP3 player never displays the correct lenght, changing all the time during the song and it is very annoying. I know that this issue is known, but i don't know if there is some setting to get rid of it or if i just have to live with it.

The only option is not to use VBR, your player is not able to read the header telling the file length.
