the software is not reading the cd. i downloaded the realplayer code, believing that was the problem, but still no read. Any suggestions?

What isn't reading your CD, the converter or the player? Do you have more than one CD drive? What version of Windows are you running? Are you running as an administrator if you are using Windows 2000, XP, or Vista?Lt. Data
