    iTunes Music Conversion Problems

I'm not the smartest when it comes to computers, but I want to convert files on my Itunes (which are MPEG 4 format) to MP3 files to put on my cell phone.

I don't know if I'm using the wrong software (dBpoweramp Music Converter) or what, but everytime I try to convert one of those files to MP3 format it gives me an error sign that pops up and in that error message it calls it an M4a, whatever that is, and says "Codec not installed?", visit Codec central.

As I said before I'm not a computer expert and don't know what it's talking about.

Can someone tell me what I'm supposed to do? Before I destroy my computer :teufel8: :vmad: :teufel8: :vmad:
