Re-Ripping my entire library to FLAC ~ Itunes

I am re-ripping my entire music library to FLAC. I will then need to convert it to work on my Ipod. Any suggestions on how to replace my existing Ipod library and how to have the album artwork show up on the Ipod? I am using the DbPowerAMP reference
to do the ripping to FLAC.

The latest beta version of the m4a can write album art, iTunes would read it and show on the iPod.
