    Registering nightmare again

I am actually a long time user of dbpoweramp, just trying to register my 11.5 version after a rebuild of my puter, cuz 12.2 sucks for quick and easy ID tags. I've tried everything, it appears the site either ramrods the newer annoying version of dbpower amp (great for rookies) down my throat, or you can't register? The site is sad when it comes to ease of registering, I can't seem to register the version I actually want and have installed, though it is already on my puter, payed for etc.? Have my order # etc.

A Great program for converting quickly to mp3, and that is all I still use it for, and editing ID tags, but how can I register the good version instead of the newer annoying one that is impossible to easily edit id tags after conversion? I don't want the dumbed down 12.2 or beta 12.3. Anyone?

    Thanks,
    Bill

    Re: Registering nightmare again

Ok Now, worse yet in a attempt to comply to your insistence, I unistalled my preferred version, downloaded the new, and now it won't let me register cuz the only choice is to "retrieve" instead of just register for previous owners. SO, because of the frustration caused by the horrible activation process at this site, NOW I am out of the loop for a week apparently cuz I had to try over and over the only way they provided, and I am stuck with the upgrade version I didn't want in the first place until they deem it acceptable for me to go through the frustrating process again... super. And of course the upgrade is unregistered, like I never paid you a dime.

Sure hope you are listening. I bought and paid for the version I want, just let me register and use it, and make it easy to register for anyone who already paid. The links don't work, they just lead in circles of links that come right back to where you started, no help for a loyal paid user? Simple help, just to allow me to register, can easily prove who I am, why all the idiocy?

We do not keep every old version, if you wish to preserve an older version then the install must be saved to your computer.

BTW r12.3 (beta) has better tag editing than r11.5, all the features of r11.5.
