I can't seem to get to the registered link retrieval page. Even when I turn my firewall off, I still get a blank page. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Should I try a different browser (I'm using IE 7)?

See the bottom of the page regarding security software.
What firewall are you using? You might have to totally exit out of the firewall and not just exit it.Lt. Data

Re: Registered Link Retrieval
There's WinXP's firewall, McAfee firewall, and my router which I believe also has a firewall function.Originally posted by LtDataSee the bottom of the page regarding security software.

Re: Registered Link Retrieval
The XP firewall and your router probably aren't at found. McAfee, on the other hand, might be. Disable any anti-worm technology or other security technology and try again.Lt. Data

Re: Registered Link Retrieval
I turned off everything in McAfee and still nothing. Is there an alternative way to get my copy re-registered? I have my order number, so that's not an issue.Comment
